It shows which elements of these developments have found their way into the methodology and practice ofTCI-groups, and it highlights the specifics of Ruth Cohn’s understanding of an optimal group process: The consciously shaped ‘We’ of TCI enables the participants to cooperate instead of competing. To make this possible, more is needed than a harmonious We-feeling. Disturbances and controvercy are part of the game.
